The Nutritional Consulting package is designed to ensure that you get the most out of our time together. The package includes a four appointments that are strategically spread over a period of two months .
Appointment # 1 – Initial Consultation
During the Initial Consultation Hanaa reviews your intake form and discusses your nutritional goals in further
detail. Hanaa will review with you your current lifestyle, diet and short- and long-term health goals. From there, Hanaa can start to build your custom Health Plan.
Duration: 50 – 60 minutes
Appointment # 2 – Subsequent Appointment
During this appointment Hanaa will provide you with a custom Health Plan, including specific diet,
lifestyle and supplement recommendations that you can begin to implement right away. Hanaa will go
in detail with your plan and she will answer any questions you may have.
Duration: 30 – 50 minutes
Appointments #3/4 – Follow-Up Appointments (x2)
During the follow-up appointments Hanaa will discuss your progress with your Health Plan. Hanaa will review your health plan and goals and make new adjustments and implement additional recommendations where necessary.
